How to meditate
- Sit quietly in your chair and close your eyes.
- Focus on your attention on your breath going in and out.
- Note how your body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
- Just allow your breath to keep going in and out.
- Try to keep your mind focussed on it at all times.
- If you find your mind wandering, simply return your focus back to your breath.
