How to meditate

  1. Sit quietly in your chair and close your eyes.
  2. Focus on your attention on your breath going in and out.
  3. Note how your body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.
  4. Just allow your breath to keep going in and out.
  5. Try to keep your mind focussed on it at all times.
  6. If you find your mind wandering, simply return your focus back to your breath.
